The most compact HSK interface for ultra-precise applications

As the smallest HSK interface available today, HSK-EZ15 is optimized for industries that demand ultra-precise and efficient machining, including watchmaking, medical technology, dental applications, and jewellery manufacturing. New tooling solutions for HSK-EZ15

• HSK-EZ15 MEGA Micro Chuck toolholders: Based on the smallest HSK interface available today, the MEGA Micro Chuck is available in lengths between 18 and 30 mm and in sizes MEGA3S to MEGA6S to effectively clamp shafts between 0.45 and 6.05 mm. Maximum runout is guaranteed at 3 microns 4xD. The result is the perfect tooling system for all modern small machines with HSK-EZ15 interface.

• Dyna Test HSK-EZ15: A high-precision test bar designed to measure spindle runout, ensuring optimal machine performance. From March 11-14, 2025, visitors to Intec Leipzig can experience BIG DAISHOWA’s latest micromachining innovations at Hall 3 B31. A CHIRON Micro5 machine equipped with BIG DAISHOWA’s MEGA Micro Chuck will showcase cutting-edge technology, emphasizing precision, stability, and high-speed capabilities.
